- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- 2 lb of Arctic Charr fillets
- 1 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
- 1 lemon, juice
- Melt butter in a heavy skillet or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add paprika, pepper and white pepper
- Add Arctic Charr fillets, liquid hot pepper sauce and lemon juice
- heat thoroughly
- Cook the fish for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
