Blackened Arctic Charr

Ingredients:

  1. 6 tablespoons of butter
  2. 1 teaspoon paprika
  3. ½ teaspoon pepper
  4. ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  5. 2 lb of Arctic Charr fillets
  6. 1 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
  7. 1 lemon, juice

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a heavy skillet or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add paprika, pepper and white pepper
  3. Add Arctic Charr fillets, liquid hot pepper sauce and lemon juice
  4. heat thoroughly
  5. Cook the fish for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
