WHOLE FISH Whole fish are sold with head on and gutted. The product is available in 50 lb cases in the following sizes:

FRESH FILLETS Fillets are available either pin bone in or pin bone out. The product is available in 40 lb cases (four 10 lb trays in each case), in the following sizes:
6 - 12 oz. Fillets
12 - 20 oz. Fillets
20 - 28 oz. Fillets (Special Order Item - Subject to Availability)
Steaks and convenient Portion Sizes are also available.
