	Whole Frozen Fish Whole fish is sold with head on and gutted, IQF – Individually Quick Frozen, and sleeved.  The product is available in 50 lb cases in the following sizes: 1-2 lbs 2-4 lbs 4-6 lbs (special order item – subject to availability) Frozen Fillets Fillets are available either pin bone in or pin bone out.  The product is available in either a 20 lb Shatterpack or 50 lb bulk pack, in the following sizes: 6-12oz fillets 12-20oz fillets 20-28oz fillets (special order item – subject to availability) Frozen Convenient 5oz portions The 5oz fillets are available either pin bone in or pin bone out.  The product is available in either a 20 lb shatterpack or individually vacuum sealed and packed in a 50 lb bulk case.
