Whole Fish

Whole fish are sold head on and gutted. The product is available in 50 lb cases with the following sizes: 

  • 1-2 LBS.
  • 2-4 LBS.
  • 4-6 LBS. (Special Order Item – Subject to Availability)

Fresh Fillets

Fillets are availabile either pin bone in or pin bone out. The product is available is 40 lb cases (four 10 lb trays in each case), in the following sizes:

  • 6-12 oz. Fillets
  • 12-20 oz. Fillets
  • 20-28 oz. Fillets (Special Order Item – Subject to Availability)

RECIPE

Blackened Arctic Charr

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 lbs. Arctic Charr fillets
  • 1 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
  • 1 lemon, juiced

 Cooking Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a heavy skillet or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add paprika, black pepper and white pepper.
  3. Add Arctic Charr fillets, liquid hot pepper sauce and lemon juice.
  4. Heat thoroughly.
  5. Cook the fish for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
